I took it when it only connected Bally's and MGM- and was free. Many of the stations are set so far back it is a hike just to get to/from them to/from the strip. I consider the monorail a complete waste. Do not use if you have to be anywhere at a certain time unless you leave super-early. The Deuce is cheap but it is painfully slow and usually very crowded. If not using a car/walking- I take a cab. It is easy to walk from Flamingo Road to the casinos on the south strip (there is a tram connecting Excalibur/ Luxor/MB) and most on the north part of the strip (there is a tram that connects Mirage/TI- from there you cross over to FSMall and Wynn). But you could drive to a south strip casino garage/valet (I use NY NY or Excalibur valet) and walk to the nearby casinos and then move on to center strip (either the Bellagio/ Mirage/ TI -self park) and then one of the north strip casinos. ![]() ![]() It isn't practical to go from one casino to another using a car. ![]() During the day I use it to get from one area of the strip to the next area using back/side roads.
